Production Manager - All Aspects

Served as project lead and primary point of contact for our client (Second Dinner) to produce the Marvel SNAP: Grand Arena Announcement trailer.

With a very, very short timeline, our team was able to design, build, and animate these Fantastic Four characters from scratch. We ended up delivering something that exceeded our client's expectations in quality and quantity, all while staying on schedule and exceeding our profit goals.

Doom: The Dark Ages

Associate Production Manager - Cutscene Animation (mix of motion capture and hand-keyed animation)

Worked directly with Id Software to produce in-game cutscene animation for DOOM: The Dark Ages. I developed tools and automations for our production team to integrate seamlessly into Id's pipeline and tracking systems, effectively hosting our own branch of their overall animation workflow (schedules, review tracking, submission tracking, note tracking, etc.).

Worked alongside Id producers to schedule, track, and distribute dozens of hours of motion capture takes to animators.

Production Coordinator - all aspects (excluding gameplay).

While holding the title of Production Coordinator, I served as the project lead, solo production member, and primary point of contact for our client (Riot Games) for all CG aspects of THE GAMES BEGIN. Valorant trailer. I managed storyboards, design, modeling, surfacing, rigging, pre-viz, layout, animation, effects, motion graphics, lighting, rendering, compositing, and audio / post.

RED ONE: Marketing Toolkit

Associate Production Manager - Lead in all aspects.

Served as lead and primary contact for Amazon / MGM to produce footage for Red One's marketing toolkit. Lead a team of artists and production members to fully re-build film assets, coordinate and shoot motion capture, and overhaul our pipeline to support feature quality FX at a fidelity Brazen had not handled before.

Project required our team to develop a new cloth and hair pipeline, a new trackerless motion capture pipeline, all while delivering on time and above our profit target. Extremely proud of our team for tackling what seemed like an insurmountable technical challenge and timeline head-on.

THE MEEPS | LOVE LOUDER

Production Coordinator - Lighting, Cloth, Rendering, Hair, Post

Served as a coordinator on all back-end departments.

This is the project that established all of the current render management conventions and processes we have at Brazen today. This was the most hair Brazen ever had to render for a project up to this point, and the sitting Head of Production tasked me with building out automated render reports and forecasts from scratch. We were able to accurately forecast ahead of time exactly how much extra processing power we needed, saving the project from being bottlenecked by render time.
